When I trying to do a differential backup, I'm always get this error:

Invalid partition data - partition control blocks information incompatible
    Error source Had Disk Manager
    Error Code: 0x10014

    Please help me. Thank you.

That means the partition you are trying to make a differential image from - is not the same as the original partition you made the base image from.

Have you changed the partitioning in any way?

No, I don't change any partition, I create synthetic backup 2 days ago after using Partition Alignment Tool 2.0 and plan to make a differential backup for my current changes. But HDM give me that error. I remember my recent changes is using Partition Alignment Tool 2.0. Is this the cause of the error?

    Yes,

The alignment tool will change the start of the partitions so they are correctly aligned.

You have therefore changed the partitions.

If you made the base image after aligning - then that should be ok

I have a full image backup that made using winpe. I can't make a differential backup using this as a base. I made this before alignment.

I made also a full image synthetic backup after alignment, and also I can't make a differential backup using this as a base. so what should I do?

Make a full image backup now ( not synthetic ).

Then you will be able to create differentials using the image you just made as base.
