    All-

Using Acronis Drive Cleanser 6.1. I know it is the old version. It is the only one I own right now.

I am trying to wipe an IBM eServer with built-in RAID. When I boot to my Acronis Drive Cleanser 6.1 CD, just after the initial Acronis splash page, I get an error... basically saying that the system was unable to allocate the initial RAM drive.

On other systems (notably desktop systems), my Acronis CD is working fine and wiping systems perfectly.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Hello bs_wtf_123,

Could you please boot your computer from the Drive Cleanser disk and press F11 key when the "Starting Acronis Loader..." message appears? After you get the "Linux Kernel Settings" prompt, please remove the "quiet" word and click on the OK button. As the startup messages stop scrolling, you can use Shift+PgUp and Shift+PgDn keys in order to scroll the screen manually. Please write down the last few lines of the output, or use a digital camera to make shots of the output screens and send the captured information to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. This allow us to investigate the problem.

    Thank you.
