Yes, and I would ask this member to cease and desist from using these two words and any other religious words which would have significance to other members of the board.

If you mean the link to the survey it was removed as the survey finished.

Hm.. So what if you purchased a license from a reseller who types in his own email, what to do then?

    Shoot the reseller?? :D

My licences are from a reseller, the problem was that somewhere along the line my change of ISP and email wasn't picked up.

My reseller, Aspect Systems records all licences against the customers user number and email.

The thing is, some reseller's/distributor's keep their own database of clients. On the Eset database we see the reseller's/distributor's email address, not the end user's.

Thanks to everybody for forwarding your Usernames to me. I've checked your licenses and forwarded all details on to our customer service department. Please be patient as they are verifying everybody against the survey list and extending the licenses as necessary.

    Cheers,
    Bandicoot.

Thank you all for the heads up! I think the person who posted "girls" should have said "ladies." It's more polite and respectful. oh sorry, about the "religious phrases." It's like a habit for me. I say it often in a public school setting to emphasize some elementary points that the students should already know. It's VERY frustrating being an instructor. That's why I'm looking elsewhere and once I find another job, I'm going to ditch them. Too bad, so sad! I don't have the patience to deal with them anymore.

Right, since there have been some small problems with some people, how's about starting the survey over again??
Mumbles to himself...nothin' to do with the fact that I missed the boat. ;)

    Yeah, what is a 5150?

And in my quote that the 5150guy quoted, I wasn't angry with Eset at all, just my school. We have a mismanaged proxy, an off-site content filter, and an in-network content filter. All of these together make one totally poor internet experience.

At least NOD32 can download dets, that's all that matters.

Outstanding for you but not so outstanding for me. I am waiting since 1-26 and still no e-mail. I tried calling and it seems like there is a quick switch to a recording that says leave a message because they are busy. Well, I left a message and no one has called me yet.
