A really nice solution to this whole situation is implementing a subscription notification date within the program.

    Hello folks,

Of all the responses we received, only about 35% included an email address for us to respond to. Of those, quite a few email addresses were incorrectly entered and therefore bounced. Also, there were some clients from certain countries, who we could not verify their license because some distributors enter their own email address in our database. Also, some people that completed the survey did not have current NOD32 licenses and the condition of the offer was that a 60 day extension would be offered to existing users.

I've just checked with the girls that are dealing with the extended licenses and almost everybody that could be contacted, has been contacted. If you feel that you have entered your email correctly when submitting the survey and that you have an existing license and have not been contacted yet please send me a PM and I'll pass the details on to our customer service department.

    Regards,
    Bandicoot.

    Bandicoot,

The remaining 65% of those who didn't include an email address, might as well just like me ran in the firewall issue mentioned. Some of them entered the email address in the last field in the survey (comments iirc) , are those fields being checked too ?

I took the survey while on my office computer, for fear of it being discontinued by the time I got home. My school network is (unfortunately) proxied to oblivion so I'm wondering if that might have negated my entry.

If that's the case, I'm going to be one very very upset person. I lost a chance to attend the AMD Athlon64 launch event two years ago because the proxy refused to let my email function properly (from my webmail account, no less!), and now this... ergh...

I still don't understand why I haven't received an e-mail confirmation since everything went smooth including my e-mail address at the end, but a PM has been sent.

Aren't statements of a religious nature against the TOS? ;)

As you hadn't used quotes and being unfamiliar with term 5150, it appeared to be you making the particular statement.

    Cheers

    Blackspear.
