One of my Scheduled Scans is using the following command line switches, which I cannot find on the ESET web site. Are they still valid?
    • /cleanmode
    • /adware
    • /sfx
    • /unsafe
Also, if the following command line switches are used together, would this not be contradictory?
    • /huer+ and /huerdeep
    • /pattern+ and /huer+
Regarding the /pattern+ switch, is this (and maybe some of the other switches in the list) be set to ON by default? In other words, if both /pattern+ and /heur+ were not selected, what would NOD32 use for detection?

    /heurdeep has been discontinued since v. 2.5

Well, that one is still listed on your web site. What about the others that are not listed that I mentioned above? Am I to assume this web page is not maintained?

    Blackspear,

Thanks. Please note that in your post you are also showing /heurdeep, and apparently that is no longer valid. So that begs the question - which other ones are also not valid, and are there new ones not on this list that are valid?

You will actually see there is a qualification on that switch: technically Deep Heuristics no longer exists as it has a higher chance of producing False Positives.

    Cheers :D
