    I like CC but I don't see why this kind of program needs so frequent updates.

    For me, I update it once a year or so...

    With all browsers updating to new builds every month or two, it totally makes sense for CCleaner to keep pace. If you're not updating, then your CCleaner is missing stuff, guaranteed.

    For browsers, there are only caches and history stuff to clean. No ?

    Nope, release of the slim build could be a week or longer.

    They keep adding support for new apps and builds which is a plus, but on the downside, they've completely stopped updating their documentation to where it's virtually useless at this point. There are also many longstanding bugs they've chosen to ignore. You get what you pay for I guess. :)

    I like the ability that has been added to enable or disable context menus (right_click items in Windows Explorer)

    This can be found under options/tools/startup and then click on the context menu tab along the top.
