How can I find more info of why a site is blocked

    I have a site : redbackrentals.com.au

    which nod32 is blocking because:
The site still contains malicious file detected as "Win32/TrojanDownloader.Banload.OYY trojan".

I don't have total control over this site - the web developer swears it's not him

i have control over redbackrentals.com.au not www.redbackrentals.com.au - they are different ip addresses, but all are blocked

how can I find a specific url address for the issue ?

    Thanks in Advance

    Thanks for the reply

I've done that via the samples email - I'd just like to figure where to look next (obviously the site - but surely looking for a specific URL to reference)

the site comes back generally blocked because of the Trojan message

there is literally nothing at redbackrentals.com.au except a redirection to www.redbackrentals.com.au

I not clear on what to submit - I submit

Domain Whitelist redbackrentals.com.au, it comes back

    Thank you for your submission.
The site still contains malicious file detected as "Win32/TrojanDownloader.Banload.OYY trojan".

You cannot ask ESET to Whitelist an infected site or domain, if in effect it is infecting with the trojan, as the ESET Team has responded to you.

The onus is on you to remove the infected file(s) and submit another request.

If you really don't know why this message is being generated then you should do a scan of your site and see what file or script is getting flagged up by the AV software.
