    Hi Retadpuss,
I apologize for missing this earlier. You should have recieved notice for Beta 4 when it was released unless you signed up after the notice was sent. Please check your filters for the announcement. If not there, you should be getting a new announcement for Beta 5 on Monday so let me know if you do not get a note later Monday or early Tuesday.

No worries, it arrived today - but....... I cant get it to install on my Win7100 RC. It wont complete the install, then roles back what it has installed.

I used my full key - dont know if that would cause it.

Other SW used is Prevx 3, MS Security Essentials, Sandboxie full, Bestcrypt, NTI Shadow and Skype.

    Cheers,

    Puss

    Hi,
Win 7 support is not yet turned on in the current Beta (B5). Look for this in either B6 or B7.

    Mike.

Currently testing beta 5. I'll complete the checklist and obviously report findings via the formal channels but I have a few questions on the general look/feel of the product, in particular the new elements.

Are you happy if I or any others post here about those or while in beta should we ask questions directly to support?

    Thanks

    Hi Chris,
You are free to ask questions here or to support or both. To keep it easier to respond to however, I would select one and go with that ;)

If you have feedback on the GUI or "feel", please send those through the beta reporting channel as that will get to the development team faster. If you want to open a broader discussion, then you can do that here...

Thanks, I'll take a little more time with the product and check you have not answered my queries in another thread before posting a list of the general stuff that might merit some discussion here. I'll go through the reporting channel for any specifics.

    Cheers
