I am looking for your advice on security software for my Windows 7 x64 machine. I already have Avira Internet Security 2012 and WebRoot SecureAnywhere. Would these two make a good combination and is there anything missing?

Been using Avira Premium Antivirus and WSA on a 64 bit windows 7 OS for two weeks now and it is just perfect. I would recommend to only activate the AV part from ASS .

Yes, they make a good combination. They are sufficient on their own but if you want extra security you could also consider Sandboxie for browser protection.
