    So I was having problems loading chrome in sandboxie, then with any program with zero success. Someone mentioned that they thought comodo firewall was the culprit and another claimed EMET was. Both programs are on the compatibly list within sandboxie, so I find it strange, but I have no other answers, so;

    Has anyone experienced problems with these programs

    bberkey1, when you tick on programs that you see in the software compatibility lists, you are enabling settings that are designed to make SBIE work better along the program that you tick.

    But sometimes those settings are old and don't apply anymore and in some cases, programs work better if the settings are not ticked. Perhaps you ought to untick the compatibility settings for EMET and Comodo and see if it makes a difference.

    I read your posts here and at the SBIE forum, your Sandboxie is totally non working and that usually is a sign of a program or programs not allowing SBIE to work. I look at your list of programs in your signature and you just got too much going at the same time. You need to cut that list down to make Sandboxte work. Thats the solution.

    I once used all 3 together, and they worked just fine. But it took a lot of fine tuning in EMET's app specific rules to get it to play nicely. You can't just go ticking away all those boxes. And EMET is notorious for people having problems with it playing well with other software. So my money would be on it being the culprit. But with the right settings (in EMET) you may be able to make them all work together. Keep in mind I was using v3, on XP Pro SP3. I have no idea how 4 would play with them.

    I do know that Sandboxie and Comodo FW/D+ work fine together. So again, I'm guessing it's EMET that's the problem. Or maybe the way it's set up. Rop mitigations specifically can create problems with a lot of apps.
