Win7 System restore problems after latest update?

I just updated my Nod32 signatures and and now my windows7 says I cannot restore to an ealrier restore point. If I try i get:

"System Restore did not complete successfully, Your computer's files and settings were not changed.
Details;
System Restore could not access a file. This is probably because an anti-virus program is running on the computer . Temporally disable your antivirus program and retry System Restore.
An unspecified error occurred during System Restore, (0x80070005)"

And there is no way to turn nod32 off..

 

Right-click on the icon in the system tray and tell it to disable real-time file system protection. The software shouldn't be interfering with the system restore/VSS on your computer. I'm guessing you have something else running that is interfering and causing file locking conflicts. It would probably be worth opening up a support ticket and submitting your sysinspector logs so someone from Eset support can figure out exactly why this is happening.

 

It's solved. Seems Symantec had the same issue awhile ago. they said to turn off their anti-tamper-with-symantec-software function and System Restore should perform normally. So I shut down "self defense" in Nod32. This did the trick.
