I reside in USA, <snip> If you want a background from me, I am currently a teenager, however, I have designed many video games, and hope to make myself a career there someday. I have recently received a virus calling itself "Contravirus", it poses as an anti-virus program to try to scam you into buying its premium versions. It does so by installing itself on your computer, and annoying you until you click it, and when you click it it says there are a lot of viruses on your computer, stating they are potentially dangerous and linking you onto the webpage for buying the premium versions. I thought this was suspicious since it just "appeared", so I looked it up online, found out IT was the virus, and it is hard to delete, so I came here in hopes of deleting it, because it is VERY annoying. That's my story, and I am hoping this program works, if it does I plan to purchase the premium version of it. edited to remove political commentary - Detox

OK - let's boost the Africa contingent by a weighty 5,5% I currently live in Sedgefield/Western Cape Province/South Africa. Nearest town is Knysna (25 km.) see the picture. (Google Earth) Climate about the same as S. Europe. Winters are cold and long. Summers are short and colder than S. Europe. Have also lived in Loulé, Portugal and Düsseldorf - Germany. Great forum and, for me, very educational.
Park County (South Park), Colorado, USA. My house sits at 9,250 ft. elevation in the Pike Nat'l Forest of the Rocky Mountains. http://www.wterrell.com/DSCN2578.JPG Regards, Red_Cloud
I'm an American by birth, and have lived all over the world by virtue of my military service. I've now lived in northern Japan for the last 15 years, and have for the most part retired here since I have two children by a Japanese wife. I absolutely love WSF, and from here discovered NOD32, BOClean and Prevx, which form the core of my computer protection. And, of course, I love to visit just to see what's happening on the security scene! Randy
Well you all sound like you live in really exotic places !! I just live in a boring old village which sleeps most of the time, on the outskirts of Nottinghamshire in a very dark, damp and dismal United Kingdom !! Who has had more than its fair share of water over the last few days and when we should be getting something called 'summer' - yeah right !!!!!!!!!
We all hope you enjoy your Wilder's journey, Folks!! Stay to learn and help, lotsa of good people here! Like those pics of all your locations, just in case we don't make it to all of 'em! Red_Cloud, spent alot of time treasure hunting, ghost town finding and just plain meandering around South Park, CO and the surrounding mountains! Heard it's been built up alot.. Anyway, here's an old (unworked) pic of one ghost town, Nevadaville...CO. Enjoy your stay all! Marja So sorry about your summer, claribell!! I'll trade ya for hot and humid!
I guess this is a good as any to say Hi At this moment I am here in this cubicle, in a building, in the middle of the city, in the middle of the desert, in the currently scorching southwest, and its not very exotic best regards Derek
We hope you enjoy your stay in Wilders' Forest!! Stay to help.....or learn -then help!! Good to see you all! Really enjoying seeing pictures of your homelands.. Marja
