Unsuccessfull installation (many attempts)

Hello,
I installed NOD32 antivirus 4.x for trial, and now I want to update to NOD32 5.x
Actually I can't install NOD32 5.x because I'm told NOD32 4.x was not totally uninstalled.

I attached the log of the result in my post.

Then I tried this :

But ehdrv.sys doesn't seems to exist anymore cause I was not able to find it.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and I had NOD32 4.x
I attached some files if it can help.

Hello Outpox, just an idea, but there might be some hidden files and folders on windows 7 from the uninstall of nod32 4x. Could you also attach an install log or download link to it created per the instructions here?

 

That is the first thing I tried :/

I attached it. But I had to cut in 2 pieces the log because it's 1,4mb size and it's over the limit of attachment.

 

The log only shows that there was a problem during installation of drivers. I'd suggest contacting customer care as further logs will be needed, such as setupapi.log and Process Monitor log from installation.

 

There's always the option of running our manual uninstaller tool to clean out any files/keys that were left behind on the previous uninstallation attempts.
