tweaking dial up conection

i been seeing juno and earth link braging about 5x faster page loading for dial up

i think i even saw aol with it

but useaqly the service cost more

but i thought dial up was dial up how can it go 5 times faster?

if it was patent then why does earth link have it when juno was out with it first?

so is there a software or dial up configuration to make my pages load 5 times faster a one time buy

rather then paying extra monthly to enjoy dial up 5 times faster

dont seem fair i have to pay even more for dial up to get it as fast as it should had been to begin with
