After updating Kaspersky this morning I was told I have a "Trojan Backdoor.Win32.Aimbot.bu" in my C\GSS folder.
Also "object could not be disinfected" by KAV.

    Should I be concerned?

    Thank You

Same here, I guess it's a false positive?
    gss.exe is a Trojan backdoor (Trojan Backdoor.Win32.Aimbot.bu)

Obviously a False Positive by Kaspersky. You should/could/probably ought to contact Kaspersky support about it.

Already have done, it appears to have been removed from the latest Kaspersky update.
