you should find a reseller and purchase a renewal... either that or google:

    nod32 renewals

the reseller should ask/prompt for your existing username/expiry date, order the license, and wait for a new license to arrive, you should be able to input the new license as soon as you get it.

Can't we just renew over the website through Eset/NOD32 the same way when we bought it. I thought their website allows for renewal but just at a cheaper cost.

Also are there any resellers here in Australia.

Blackspear is in Austrailia, send him a PM for details, he is not allowed( or at least discouraged from it) to advertise here as he is a moderator.

It's for renewal, what do you have to have explained? I know the image is messed up but it seems clear to me. $27.30 is the USD rate for renewal. You will have to enter your license number to prove you qualify during purchase.

You only pay full price once the first time, then everything is/should be a renewal. So how many times you renew is entirely up to you. Remember that with NOD and a few other AVs the license is for a time preiod not a version. So if they were to release NOD 3,4,5,6,7.....etc all in the next year, you would not have to pay again. Most of the major AV players Symantec, McAfee and others make you pay for the version and the time.

Do I have to renew my license with the reseller that I purchase Nod32 from ? Or can I purchase my renewal from the link above post # 5 ? Thanks

the link in post 5 is eset's site direct. As a reseller, I'd recommend that you renew through the reseller you purchased from - especially if you used or needed any support - it's kind of like pay back for the service you received. In the end, it's up to you - the reseller network is in operation because it works - Eset gets the lions share even in a reseller sale...

if you previously bought via the website as mentioned by webyourbusiness, would you get some alert or offer by email to renew prior to expiry of the licence?

I know NOD has it's own alert message when your license is about to run out.
No idea about the rest, I'll have to wait till my own sub runs out :)

Re: Sub is coming to a end

Hi ... Reason why I am asking is because the reseller want more money for renewal then if I was to purchase from Eset site , I understand about support thing but, As of yet there hasn't been or need for support from the reseller , Lastly why would the price from the reseller be more ? Wouldn't it be the same ? Thanks

Well they gotta make some cash by selling someone elses product :) It's quite normal really.
But of course if you can save a few bucks, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't purchase from Eset directly.

This is not to offend anyone , I think NOD32 is a very good anti-virus program and from what I understand most anti-virus companies seem to be using reseller to sell their products , I know for myself if another very good anti-virus company comes along and don't use reseller to sell their products I know I will be taken my business in that direction

if your reseller is selling at higher than list price (which is what eset's site is) , then I don't think anyone would blame you for purchasing from another reseller, or from eset directly.
