Registration problem

    Entering email address and licence number, when I click activate the email address disappears. Nothing seem's to happen except disappearing email address. Had this license since '05, worked before on xp but not now. Maybe has something to do with Windows 7 64bit?
    How do I know it is registered? On the "about" page says nothing about being registered or not.

    Was you connected to the Internet when you tried to Register, if not check to see if it Registered when you are connected.

    IT is a problem since LnS started using Nexway as the seller, they told me go to regsoft and get the new key. They don't have new keys for products they don't handled anymore. My Regsoft key won't work. I don't want to buy it again.

    The move to x64 should not make any difference your Key [Reg Info].

    You should try this link:- http://www.soft4ever.com/LooknStop/En/support2.htm, to get it sorted.
