PXE

    I am trying to deploy an image with snap deploy. the users guide tells me to boot from the pxe server or create a bootable disc....how do i boot from the pxe server?? i see the service running but thats all i can find.

    you must have a dchp server and the bios set up to boot from NIC.
    in acronis you must upload the components (master image ceator/snap deploy agent) to the acronis pxe server.

    You know, it would be nice if Acronis puts this in the instructions guide so that everyone knows this and you don’t have to check around to find the information. Everyone is not PXE savvy, and knowing that you start it from the BIOS boot sequences, setting it to boot first from the nic is very helpful. ;)
