Nothing connects to internet except Firefox

    None of my inetrnet facing apps. connect incl. Opera, gftp, thunderbird etc.etc.
    Same on other machines since about 30 mins. ago.

    Has anyone ever experienced something like that ?

    Edit. Switched off and unplugged router. Plugged in and switched on again and now it is connecting
    to the internet also with the other internet facing apps. Nevertheless I don't understand why that happened.

    I don't know why either, but once in a while I get weird things happening, and a router and modem reboot solves the problem. Something must get kludged up in the router somehow I guess....
