NOD32 no longer scanning all files

Hi

Both my scheduled system scan and scanning from the context menu will no longer scans 'all files' despite this option being checked within the profile.
I noticed this for the first time yesterday with the full system scan showing only half the usual number of files.
Reinstalling NOD doesn't alter this.

Just checked and still scanning my 8000+ files on C:\ + a D:\ partiton.

Iam running WinMe.

Is "check all files" still activated?

Yes MArtin it is, I usually scan what I think is the most important files after having been on the internet and it normally comes to betveen 700-1000 files but the last scan only came to 129 files

Profile set to scan all objects using virus signatures & heuristics (set to deep) with extensions tab set to 'scan all files'

Virus signature update to 1.476 (20030807) seems to have restored things back to scanning all files on both system scans and from context menu. Could this have been a hiccup introduced by the 1.475 definitions?

Hi bibbe and JGL,

What i make of it is that update nr: 1.475 had something to do with it, don't ask me what for i haven't got a clue, maybe one of the Mods can tell us more about this.

Hopefully everything works as it should be now,

I tend to agree. Must have been something to do with 1.475, as NOD with 1.476 update is all back to normal. Like you, I don't have a clue why
