Just downloaded and installed (newest version). I did the "select all items" and "protect against all checked items". It returned a "success" message. Do I have to do this everytime I turn on the computer? Is there anything I need to do to make this run automatically. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks for your help.

Oops I didn't clarify. I meant with Spyware Blaster. I also assume Spyware Guard automatically runs upon start up. Thanks.

No, SpywareBlaster only needs to be run periodically to check to see if there are new protection definitions available. I'd say once a week is good enough for that. You don't need to run it every reboot.

SpywareGuard should automatically start and run from your Systray at boot time. It'd be there as a red: SG icon.
