    can somone tell me some free spyware and adware programs please i am in need

    Here's a very comprehensive list of programs, including freeware and payware:

    You should start with Mal-ware Control.
    Free apps have a FREE label near them.
    Likewise, Eric Howes has a list of applications you should NOT use:

    Read both, you will find lots of good information.
    Furthermore, you can submit hijackthis logs at spywarewarrior if you're in need.
    Still, here are some applications you might find useful:

    Anti-spyware
    Spybot S&D
    Ad-Aware
    Microsoft Anti-Spyware
    Spyware Doctor free edition

    Anti-trojan
    Ewido
    A2
