Lost weather site

    Not long ago i was reading a thread and at some point a chap wrote that "These are evil people".....or something to that effect when commenting on the major weather players....he then gave a link to a newspaper somewhere out there..........Florida maybe....that had a link to a very simple weather program....i can not locate the thread........
