    Linux Mint 12 MATE feels like my favorite old shoe but there were a few things that were broken and missing such as battery monitor, screensaver, wierd gtk murrine glitch and others.

    After I added the tridex repository it added and fixed those things I was missing.

    Looks like the indicator popup issues are fixed too.

    MATE seems to be a bouncing baby in development and they are hard at work on it.
