I wonder if anyone might be interested in posting their opinions of this individual. Personally, the commitment and dedication that javacool has exhibited are very much appreciated. There are so many people in virtual land that have knowledge and choose to use it in a destructive manner. This person continues daily to attempt and achieve helping so many others. Just a well deserved THANK YOU I think is in order.

Javacool, if you happen to read this post.........I, for one, would like to know more about you as far as your past, your experience, and why you decided to do what you are doing.

Well - thank you for the thank you ;)

I have always enjoyed programming (whether using a relatively "basic" language such as Visual Basic ;), or using a more advanced language such as C/C++). I have had experience coding with many internet-related languages/scripting languages (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Java, PHP, etc) plus multiple different programming languages (ranging from Pascal ;) to C++). It has been a hobby for me.

You mean helping others? Well, as I said above, programming's a hobby - and if I can use my knowledge to create something that benefits others, I'll gladly do it. I view it as a constructive use of free time. :D

    Regards and thanks,

    -Javacool

Well deserved - and congrats, JavaCool!

    regards,

    Tester,

Must have some ESP going on here. I posted a reply to the MRU Blaster forum thread (where I pulled the above out of) and "role model" were the the words I chose for JC also.

Yes, these creatures are special. A labor of what they love to do and such a help to so many. Then comes the appreciation from those you have helped.

JavaCool in that special group for sure. ;)
