Inputting the serial key into the trial version

    Sorry if the answer to this has already been stated but I could not find it so here we go.

    I have downloaded and installed the current version of True Image 9 (2323) and it has been working fine for me and I decided to purchase a license. I went through the process and was supplied a serial number and a link to download another copy of the software.

    However, I still have 11 days to go on the trial and want to know if I can imput the serial number and "unlock" and upgrade the trial software to the full version. I have looked in the help files and through the menu options and cannot find a place to enter the serial number. Does anybody know how to do this? Do I have to uninstall the "trial" version and install the version I downloaded when I purchased the license? Thanks in advance.

    The trial download is different from the full version download.

    If you have truly purchased an Acronis license, uninstall the trial and download the full version after logging into Acronis - under "download product updates" to get the latest version.

    It will automatically prompt you to input your license key before you may use the program.
