I get a human verification box at shut down. It pops up a split second before it shuts off ,not long enough to read. I tried a digital photo but I still can't read. How can I find out what the problem is?

Well G1111 that didn't help. I was able to determine that it is Zone alarm not wanting to be shut down.

Task Manager didn't help, though I did set it up per the post. I finnaly determined that it was Zone alarm zlclient.exe that was the problem. I remove CMH from it and put it on Zonealarm.exe. Now I'm not getting the popup anymore. Thank you for your help.
