How to enable my realtime protection and update?

hi,

this is my first try at submitting a problem. i don't know if iam in the right place to do this. if not please help me know where to go after this.

i want to enable my realtime protection and update. right now it shows inactive. when i first purchased it it showed enabled. i have tried the fix tool but it still says inactive. what do i need to do? can you help me? or direct me to where i need to go.

usually clicking on the "inactive" text changes it to active and vice versa.
