hotkeyz , delay doesn't work , is there a good alternative to this amazing program?

Hi

i really like hotkeyz , it's amazing
there is a full portable version and a normal version ,100% free

very powerful

when i create a new shortcut or edit it , i can set the delay the execution of this hotkey by 00.__.__

(HH.MM.SS)
well i tried to set 5 second , 00.00.05

but the program doesn't keep the delay setting
i mean i set 00.00.05 , click ok
and after is still 00.__.__

does someone use this great amazing software?
can someone test this feature?

is there an alternative to this great program outside AutoHotkey ?
