Here I go again?

    I had Norton common Trojan Missed......The Kaspersky internet Security,,on 19.95....Although Av comparatives gave it 3 stars on system performance..My email would slow and some things would freeze while it was updating,,
    talk about an old goat like myself who waste money sigh..

    Decided to try eset anti virus..what a light system hit..should i buy this lol?:eek:

    Try and see :) Frankly, every AV misses threats; the only difference is that some miss more, some less. ESET uses various techniques to achieve as best detection rate as possible while keeping it light on the system.

    Should have mentioned i have /winXP,,2.66ghz pentium 4 and a gig of ram..old computer....:doubt:

    Don't worry, I'm using ESET on a 1-GHz Atom system :)

    I think I have tried every solution out there, have licenses for most, always come back to Eset because of the performance and the fact it doesn't plant toolbars and other junk on my browsers. V5 is not quite right on my systems yet, but it will be and you can use whatever version you like without pop up reminders telling you to update.
    A lot of antivirus work great as long as you have no other software on the pc!
