Free program to save Streaming Multimedia?

Is there a free program to save/capture streaming multimedia to the hard drive? Only thing I can come up with that is close is http://sdp.ppona.com/ but I'm not sure if its clean or not, so any user input on that would be appreciated too.

 

http://www.screamer-radio.com/ is a good free one. Spyware/adware free.

 

Oh, sorry Screamer is audio recorder only. You probably want video too. I only know of free audio recorders.

 

Yeah, I'm looking for something that can save streaming video too.
