failed to registrate

I'm trying to install a trial version of Migrate Easy 7 and keep getting the failed to registrate error while trying to install the software. What do I need?

Hey guys

I too am experiencing the 'Failed to registrate' message when being asked to register Migrate Easy.

I don't use a proxy, and I've tried disabling my Windows XP firewall, but nothing seems to help.

Also, does the trial version of ME support copying to a USB 2.0 hard disk? I want to upgrade the HDD in my laptop, but obviously can only connect the new drive up through a USB enclosure...

Yes, Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0 allows to clone a hard drive to an external USB drive. It supports USB 2.0 and you should be able to clone to it without any difficulties.
