    I'm running Win98SE, Ad-Aware, AVG free home edition.

    Only AVG & Mcfee found this:

    C:\WINDOWS\...\G5A3O5AV\popupnew[1].htm

    Exploit-MhtRedir.gen


    Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?
    I can't seem to get rid of it and I can't seem to locate a remover.

    Hi Dirk,

    The easiest way and therefor not always succesfull would be to empty your Temporary Internet Files in IE > Tools > Internet-options > General Tab >? click Delete Files and put a checkmark in the incuding offline content box.
