    I have a W2K3 server that was running out of space on its C:\. The drive had 94gb of unallocated space on it so using the Manual option I resized it up to 36gb. It advised that a reboot was needed to complete the operation. I did this and the server "appears" to be stuck at the following screen:

    Redundant ROM Detected - This system contains a valid backup system ROM

    This is a Compaq Proliant DL380 and this message usually appears during the boot process. This is my first time running this utility so I'm not sure what I should be seeing so if this is normal can someone let me know? If it isn't I need to figure out a way to interrupt this and get back into the Windows OS.
    ANY quick responses are appreciated.

    Hello marvinc,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Partition and Disk Managing Software.

    If you are able to boot your operating system, please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file.

    Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    If you cannot boot Windows then please create Acronis Report in the way described below:

    - Download and run Acronis Report Utility;
    - Select the "Create Bootable Floppy" option;
    - Insert a blank floppy disk in the A: drive and proceed with creation of the bootable floppy;
    - Boot the computer from this diskette and wait for report creation process to finish;
    - Collect the report file from the floppy.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
