so far no good response on their forum. so im wondering if anyone else has seen this. i have a customer using easeus and they like it they bought it and asked me to set it up which i did. the issue im having is in the scheduling.

i set it to make a full backup each morning at 8:00am and then inc. every 45min thereafter.

it is working to do that BUT THE ISSUE is its supposed to backup to a second drive inside the system drive d: which i set it to do this in the task. it will make the first few backups to the correct location and after that they start getting placed in "documents" on the c: os driveo_O?? and no longer under drive d: which will do them no good if the main drive fails since its backing up to the c: drive..??

ive triple checked and it is set right. ive deleted the task re made it same results uninstalled reinstalled same thing. not sure what to do with this. have not got a good answer from eseus yet..

any thoughts or any one seen something like this??

I have had some experience with scheduling issues when I won a EASEUS Todo Backup Workstation. Sometimes it ran and did the backup, sometimes it did not. When it ran each of the long file names where not backed-up and I would get a ton of error. That especially when I have arranged each file in ach folder for a specific use.

It showed an error all the time and EASEUS staff confirmed that it's because of the hierarchy of folders I am using. They said that I had to simplify the files in one folder only...huh? That is what I use and all the files will just be in one-great-big-pot. Not good. Even Paragon/Macrium can back up without re-arranging the files an folders. I went back to Acronis after that.

For drive locations such as yours, no I did not get that issue. Better contacting customer support. I did not have any response their at EASEUS forums also. I was only heard in email.

This was the one they use to contact me previously.

    Goodluck.
