    I removed my D drive by mistake using Acronis True Image 9.0. I have many documents that are no longer availaible, which I desperately need for my business. Am I going to have to buy this or another program to get them back? I admit I made a mistake, but do I have to buy other programs to retrieve my D drive?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you...

    Hello Aquabrite,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Software.

    Please be aware that we cannot provide you with the full version of Acronis Disk Direcitor Suite 10.0 for free even if you have deleted some important information using Acronis True Image 9.0. Please take a look at the End-User License Agreement which can be found in the respective User's Guide.

    First of all, I would like to recommend you to download and install the free trial version of Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 to see whether it recognizes your deleted partition.

    Please visit Acronis online store to purchase the full version of the product.

    Thank you.

    I ran the trial version. It shows C & D drive, but nothing shows up in D drive. If I buy this program will it retrive my removed files?

    Hello Aquabrite,

    If the trial version recognizes your deleted partition then you will be able to recover it with the full version of Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0.

    Please follow these instructions in order to make sure that you deleted partition can be recovered:
    - Run the trial version of Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0;
    - Select your D: drive;
    - Choose the "Wizards->Recover Partitions" from the main menu;
    - Follow the wizard's instructions.

    The additional information about partition recovering can be found in the chapter 5 of Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 User's Guide.

    Thank you.

    I tried what you suggested...nothing was found. Does this mean that these files cannot be recoverd?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Aquabrite and StevieO,

    I'm afraid that if the trial version has not found your deleted partition then the full version will not be able to recover it too.

    I hope that some of software suggested by StevieO will help you in resolving this issue.

    Thank you.
