DELL P380, USB keyboard not working

    Hi,
    I have a DELL Precision 380, BIOS A02 05/24/05, and TI 8 Build 937. USB keyboard and mouse do not work in TI when USB devices plugged to rear connectors. When plugged to front connectors, mouse is working, but NOT the keyboard.
    Tried acpi=off noapic, no success.
    Any idea?

    Hello Cornholio,

    Please create the sysinfo.txt file (please see Acronis Help Post for the instructions) and send it to Acronis Support along with the link to this thread. Also please let me know the exact model of your keyboard/mouse. If you cannot create the sysinfo.txt file please follow the instructions in my post.
