Is this the same survey, or a different one? I do not see anything about a 2 month license extension.
A 2 minute license, maybe?

 

When/if anyone who took the survey (including me) actually receives the 60 extension, would certainly appreciate a post confirming same. So far, haven't seen anything about someone getting the additional time. Thanks!

 

I just called Eset and asked about the extended two months and the person I spoke with wanted to know where that survey was

I was eventually told that someone will call me back

 

I have asked for someone from Eset to take a look at this thread and their survey and comment.

I don't think the original survey we took is still there--the Customer Satisfaction Survey. What is there now is a Two-minute survey for Trial versions:

Eset received a mountain of responses to the survey so, with the aim achieved, we've taken it off the website. So JVM, drop me a line to support at eset.us and I'll fix you up with a 60 day license.

I just took that survey, I would like some type of acknowledgement if not the 2 month extension.

 

When can we expect to see the 60 day extra?

 

I just received a call back from Eset and was told the 2-month extension has been added to my license, but there will not be any e-mail verification. What I don't know is if all you guys have to call or e-mail Eset to get this extension.

 

Everybody that completed the survey has been logged and Eset will be extending their licenses by 60 days.

Oh by the way, please tell HB that he hasn't posted in his Blog for some time now...

 

i don't know how survey work, but you guys take the time to create the survey so why don't take anoder 5 min and create like auto email answer so people that take it survey will have knowledge of what will happen

Well I took the survey and want to find out when my subscription will run out? Where do I get this info from? I know the date in my original email from Eset. I need to know the new extended date with the 60 days added (if added at all?)

The question is now why others including myself have not received a confirmation e-mail. I think we should make this thread a sticky for at least a year

 

Mine expires in 5/06, same as yours. Thank you for posting the info! Maybe you'll get the ball rolling!
