I have two questions about Comodo Firewall that I need to have answered, please. The first, can the firewall, with D+, ever get a 340/340 score on the comodo leak test. Ive tried tweaking the settings, but was never able to get anything about 240/340 with it. Can it be done? If so, how. Secondly, when the firewall is in rule wizard, auto-learn, does it do anything other than create rules that allow the app "all" rules? Meaning, if the rule created for the specific function it asks for, or is it given blanket permissions?

I tried geekbuddy support but they are awful. The idiot kept putting my firewall on "deny all", thus terminating our connection.

    Thanks.

I think it will allocate rules according what it knows about the app so for browser it will give browser applicable rules (as per predefined policies) and so on. So not blanket rules as such.

I have better results when I use the 'Proactive' configuration with sandbox enabled. I then usually get 340/340. I also find that I get overall better protection with Online Armor which always gets 340/340 and won't even let CLT open a browser like Comodo does with 340/340.

Use Proactive Security configuration and answer the alerts correctly. No need for the sandbox. You should get 340/340 without any problems or browsers opening.

If you're referring to 'Training Mode' the amount of detail in the rule created will depend on the Alert frequency, the higher the frequency the more detail. The same is also true when you have create rules for safe applications checked and are running the firewall in safe mode.
