    I have currently the german version of TI 9 build 2323.
    I have 1 raid 0 array of 2 identical hitachi SATA1 80GB drives.

    Now i bought 2 new hitachi sata2 160 GB drives and want to clone the old ones to the new in raid 0.

    So I made a new raid 0 array with the Nvidia tool. I booted in windows and started TI 9. I opened the clone manager and did the manual operation to keep the data on the old drives (in case something does not work!) and set the partitions at proportional size. I did the reboot and then when i get to the acronis clone menu (before windows starts) it checks the disks and says that the partitions have changed and I have to press a button to reboot. Then reboot again, windows starts and nothing has changed!!!!!!

    What did I do wrong?
    Can somebody help me out please?

    Hello Mausje,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please accept my apologies for the delay with the response.

    First of all, please check each partition of your hard drives by Windows utility:

    - For Windows 9x please use Windows menu Start\Run
    then enter the command "scandskw" and test all drives;

    - For Windows XP please use Windows menu Start\Run, then enter the
    command "chkdsk c: /r" "chkdsk d: /r" for every partition of your hard drive.

    Note that you will need to reboot your computer in order to scan the system partition.

    Please also download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists then please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please also try to perform the disk cloning process when your PC is booted from Bootable Rescue CD created using the latest build of Acronis True Image 9.0 and see the result.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
