Cannot Remove Check Items

Hi Mac,

I'm a little confused about which action you are trying to do. At first you mention using "Protect Against Checked Items!" - are the items staying protected (staying checked after doing this, and also still checked after restarting SpywareBlaster)?

Or, if you want to remove all the protection (you said: "I have repeatedly tried to remove (protect against) the items but I have been unsuccessful") - you have to uncheck all items (just use the button: Deselect All, and then press: "Remove Protection for Unchecked Items").

So, can you clarify which action you are trying to do and which isn't working?

Also, it is important to tell us what version of Windows (95, 98, etc) and Internet Explorer (v5.0, 5.5, etc.), as there are a few issues depending upon the version you are running).
