Good news - whereas physical evidence has some well established procedures, there's no such thing for digital evidence which is getting regrettably default and auto-believed - even when opaque/biased AI is involved. I'd like them to add to the mix, mandatory declarations of false positives/negative rates backed by decent peer reviewed independent studies (particularly for forensics data), plus mandatory schemes for responsible presentation of statistical data. There was a recent report that a person in Italy had been convicted of being a drug dealer (he had liked a picture of the dealer's wife was the evidence), despite the fact the dealer was sunning themselves far away.
