Blue Screen error.......pls help!

Hi guys;

I have been getting blue screen errors for last 2 weeks, now it is getting worst, because my computer crashes after 15-20 mins sometimes more, and shows this error on blue screen:

atikvmag.dll - address BFA5610B base at BFA46000, Datastamp 434f29b1

sometimes this:
atikvmag.dll - address BFA5506D base at BFA4B000, Datastamp 4328dc06

What to do?

Hard Drives: 2 X ( WD CAVIAR 80GB INT ATA/100 HD 3.5LP 9MS 8MB 7200RPM OEM)
Anti-virus: N0d32 2.50
Firewall: Zone Alarm Pro 6.0
cASE FANS = 4 FANS (2 INFLOW, 2 OUTFLOW)

Also running msn, in the background....

What to do? Please advise. Thank you.
