    No thanks , it look's like the old ver 2008, it's the same s''t...
    Oh and by the way i've heard that Bitdefender support&developments dont really care about what customers says about their Beta product, they still develop the antivirus they self want, and dont listen to other's.
    Thats just what i have heard from many users.

    That's really objective Nike P, a judgement based completely on hearsay. Why even bother to post a comment.

    I tried myself long time ago, the development and support didnt care about what customers are intrested in, they were only intresting to advertising and develop a own product without customer's suggestion's.
    Man they suck, thats how i feel and many other's.

    @Nike
    Suggestions aren't coming only from techies or people like you, suggestions are coming from normal users, companies that chose to use the home version and so on. The suggestions are prioritized in order to get the best result. No one says that this product is perfect, but what product is. BTW I work at BitDefender and I'm here to try to help you and develop a better product.

    @Jadda
    Someone will look into the problems with the subscription.

    I used BitDefender for some months years ago but I stoped to use it when the team ignored my questions and the samples I sent. After it, I tried to use BD 2008 but I got a lot of problems after installation (crashes, slow). One more time support ignored me. I uninstalled it and observed a lot of people talking about the same problems and a supposed "decadence of BitDefender" and no attitude from BitDefender team to solve the problems and to be faster in adding samples to database and give response to the users.
    I like BD in a general way and IF the team is really interested in solve the problems we saw before and improve the AV I'm really interested in testing the new BETA version and verify the modification.
    Surprise me, please!

    But dont you see that almost all users that used Bitdefender has stop using it because of all bitdefender team ignore's bug's suggestions, adding samples, issue's with product's.
    Nobody want's more Bitdefender product, they are tired to never get help or answer from the bad support.
    like i used to say: Thanks but no thanks,

    No he missed something and doesn't want to use BD. It's he's choice. You can find me on BD forums as Florin Stiuca.

    This year there will another system for the BETA campaign, with ratings for every bug and every user. All the bugs will be visible so if there aren't any major bugs resolved (because maybe they aren't from our point of view) you can always track'em down and give them to me so that I can ask more about them.

    There will be many other new things about this BETA product.

    but i read everyday on bitdefender forum that alot of user's uninstall their product and dont want it more because the support dont care about Customers issue's and suggestions.
    Daily i see alot of users that use Bitdefender and they dont want it anymore.I am pretty sure that there are more users that are Unhappy with Bitdefender then there are more users that are happy, this i am pretty sure.

    I see daily that people don't want to use NOD32, Kaspersky, AVG, Antivir, Avast and so forth. But that doesn't mean they suck. Bitdefender 2008 har had some problems, yes. But the customer support is quite good. At least they respond to me.

    im gonna test the new version and surgest some improvements.
    the main thing i dont like is the new nortonish interface.
    what was wrong with the bitdefender 10 interface?
    it looked nice and was easy for newbies and advanced users alike.
    and the more important fact that is isnt very good at removing malware.
    why all this backup bloatware?

    People who have no problem do not post on a support forum so of course you will see people complaints there. Why would I go to Bitdefender SUPPORT forums to post that I am happy with their product? Kinda pointless, this I am pretty sure.

    Notwithstanding the amazing amount of problems I had using BitDefender 2008 Internet Security, the removal of a renewal discount for subscriptions makes me seriously reconsider renewing my BD license when it expires later this year. I guess I should have seen it coming, seeing how the renewal discount came down from 50% to 25% and now nothing at all. It appears the marketing team is indeed getting aggressive.....

    About the 2009 beta, it does indeed look good, and hopefully it will be much better in every regard to the 2008 release. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to test it myself, as my life keeps getting busier and busier. :(

    Having in mind your avatar picture i wonder if you really know how a " s''t " looks like.
    May i ask you what antivirus software are you using so i can make an ideea about your preferences?

    The interface seems to be a mixture of the old and new one but better looking at least at first impression.Being a beta there is still place for improvement.

    What? We removed multiple posts. Yours is now the most inflamatory one here. We can remove yours if you really want.

    Today is not the day to test me on this - trust me!

    I'll test this later on. Looks promising - I've been looking forward for the "last year" interface to be completly implemented. It looks like that has been done now :thumb: The features looks good to, but i personaly dont need the backup module. I hope there is an option to choose not to install.

    Well, will be back later with my to cents, have a nice day everyone ;)
