What do you think which is better in your mind?

Avast 4 Home is better against trojans as RAV 8.6, when we are looking at that test below! o_O

    http://www.hackfix.org/miscfix/icons-av-all.shtm!

What is the plus when Avast 4 Pro has the script plocking feature when the free Avast 4 Home hasn't?

The both (Avast32 and RAV) have got the same number of VirusBulletin 100% Awards!

"The truth is out there, but it hurts!"

    Best Regards,

After one month of testing most AV products I found that Avast!4 Pro gave the best performance on my WinXP machine, it ran perfectly compared to all the others.

RAV is very good but it decided to run it's own setup program each time the resident monitor started up after a few days - their tech.support was quite responsive.

Also, Avast now have their own public forums so support is maybe even better.

I finally purchased Kaspersky Personal Edition due to it's excellent scanning inside Archives (ZIP, RAR etc) and Packed Exe's i.e. compressed by UPX etc...

    Fed.
