Watched a buddy with his system have some issues with error on boot of nstrkrnl error on bootup.
    I likely spelled it wrong.
This issue was from an 80 gi drive with partition magic having made a second drive of about 15gi to store exe's and like.
when acronis 8TI added he created a full image placed it in the 2nd drive as made above with partition magic, thinks it 8.2 version.
Everything verified okay and like on image creation and verification.
No hasssles unit boots and runs good for few days except for
Unit was making event viewer errors on disc stuff and such.
    Controller errors to.
Yet it still booted and worked okay.
then mysteriously one day wouldn't boot up into XP sat at the error above on a dos like screen.
tested drive with manufacturers software short and long method.. no issues says drive perfect.
Finally after a bit it,rebooting went then again okay.
Day later after cold start same issue.
Loaded Acronis boot cd found image reloaded it and went okay then same issues again.
Got fed up wiped the drive with disc makers app and reloaded complete without partition magic just Acronis 8TI.
Unit works good no errors or any issues whatsover now for more than month
He's using Acronis secure zone to store the image.
    Really weird go figure.
It always occoured after a cold start never a reboot.

    Hello Tyreman,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

I'm afraid that the issue with Parttition Magic is not related to Acronis True Image 8.0.

We recommend you to contact the respective Support Team to clarify the issue.

    Thank you.

Looks like your Boot.ini file is missing or not pointing to the right partition to boot up. I have had that error message before after imaging sometimes or me playing around with numerous operating systems on the same computer.
