x64 infected with bless

    windows defender detected bless variant after i had scanned with eset nod32 antivirus system. nod32 didnt pick it up wondering why. i successfully removed what defender found. im wondering if their are any other removal tools for x64 edition of xp professional. ive found minimal support. thank you in advance.
