wormblaster 32

Where will I find the tool to remove the wormblaster 32? I think I got the right name, the one that shuts down the computer. Going to reformat cos having problems but, when I have done it before soon as I have signed on to the net it comes back before I can dl the tool so I want it to save before reformatting.

 

This may not be the Blaster worm but is probably Sasser.
