What's happening here?

Strange error ocurring when trying to get Help&Supportcentre on WXP.
Any clues?

do u have Wormguard installed on your comp?

Yep. I have.

 

alrighty then,

there is a known conflict between Wormguard and some xp users(myself included) and helpctr.

All u have to do is create a shortcut to your desktop for helpctr and it will work again.

There should be a fix for this in Wormguard 4 which hopefully will be released soon.
