    Hi Blackspear
Thanks-I read the article--If you have an HP computer then it could be part of the HP software set up--This is a hp.Should I delete it?

Then it is part of "Backweb" which is not required:

The best way to remove this is to uninstall "Backweb" from the Control Panel> Add-Remove Programs

Then run the Ad-Aware/Spybot Search and Destroy.

    Cheers :D
